NV Sree Harry is the Managing & Founding Partner of Sreeco.
Prior to that Sree Harry chambered in Messrs. Skrine & Co (now known as Messrs. Skrine) and commenced his legal career with Messrs. Lee Hishammuddin (now known as Messrs. Lee Hishammuddin Allen Gledhill). Sree Harry then was invited to join Messrs. Sri Ram & Co (now known as Messrs. Kumar Partnership) and within a very short span of time was made an equity partner.
Sree Harry sits as the Chairman and trustee in the Gandhi Memorial Trust with Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. Abu Bakar Suleiman, Tan Sri G.K. Rama Iyer, Dato’ Mahadev Shankar, Dato’ Dr. Joseph Eravelly, Dato’ Rommel Josef, Dato’ N Sadasivan, Datuk Dr. Yeoh Poh Hong, Mr. A Navamukundan, Mr. S Radhakrishnan and Mr. Eugene Jayaraj Williams. Sree Harry also sits as a trustee of the Sanathana Dharma Foundation, a trust foundation of Sri Mariamman Koil Bukit Rotan with Shivasri A.P. Muthu Kumara Sivaachaariyaar, Dato’ Nathan Elumalay, Datuk Sahadivanaidu Baliah, Maj. Gen. DATO' ANANTHAM KASINATHER
Dato’ Anantham Kasinather was born in Penang on 30.5.1948. Dato’ pursued his early education in High School, in his hometown of Bukit Mertajam. Dato’ completed his Secondary Education in English College Johor Bharu (Maktab Sultan Abu Bakar) and Victoria Institution in Kuala Lumpur before proceeding to read law in Singapore. Dato’ commenced his law studies in the University of Singapore (now known as the National University of Singapore) in 1968 and graduated in 1972.

Professional Career
Dato’ practiced law for some 38 years in the Commercial Bar with the firm of Skrine from November 1972 until appointed a Judicial Commissioner in August 2009. Dato’ was cited as a leading Shipping practitioner in Malaysia in several editions of the Asia Pacific Legal 500. He was also cited as one of three leading Commercial Litigators in Malaysia in the International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers in its 2002 and 2003 Edition.

Judicial Career
(a) Dato’ was appointed as Judicial Commissioner of the High Court of Malaya on 14th August 2009. He was confirmed as a Judge of the High Court of Malaya on 9th August 2010. Dato’ was elevated to the Court of Appeal on 10th August 2011 and continued to serve in the Court of Appeal until his retirement on 30th May 2014.
(b) Dato’ was appointed a member of the Suruhanjaya Pelantikan Kehakiman on 17th April 2017.

Dato’ was awarded the title of ‘Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri’ (D.S.P.N) which carries the title ‘Dato’ on the occasion of the 74th birthday of His Excellency Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang on 14th July 2012.
MAHENDRA MAHASON

Mahendra Mahason completed his pupillage under Dato M. Pathmananthan of Messrs. M.Pathmanathan & Co. Having completed his pupillage and at the suggestion of his Master, Mahendra decided to gain trial experience in various area of the Law which culminated in him being invited to start the Corporate and General Litigation Department in several firms.
Mahendra has in depth experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Further he is experienced in managing a wide range of civil, corporate & commercial, criminal, construction, and land law matters. Mahendra is frequently appointed by solicitors to appear as counsel for trial and appeal purposes in all tiers if the Malaysian Courts.
Mahendra has experience in cross border litigation and has dealt with and/or appointed appointed by several foreign firms and entities as their local counsel. In his practise for 2 decades, Mahendra has been recognised by many for his strategic acumen as well as his knowledge in the technicalities of the Law.
